Good Points: Good view off the balcony. Kitchen spacious and well equiped. Negatives: 1. Master bedroom bath was dripping keep us awake the first night. Plumber was sent to repair it the next day but was not able to repair it and just blocked off the faucet. 2. Linen on all the beds was badly worn. 3. Pillows on all beds were lumpy, thin, and very uncomfortable. 4. Garbage disposal continued blocking up. 5. Blinds overlooking the balcony do not work.
Thank you for your feedback, the owner has listened and has replaced all the sheets and pillow cases and the blinds have been repaired. Feedback like this helps to continually improve our properties so thank you again.

Great room is very spacious with extensive views of Northstar and open spaces. Large deck with a child proof railing hsa a modern three burner gas grill which we used for most dinners. Large modern kitchen was fully full stocked with cookware, dishes and utensils. All bedrooms were large and well appointed with great views. Large two car garage with driveway for two more cars. Neighbor is quite at night and ideal for families.

We found the location great with excellent access to Northstar. The house was very nice, but we had a few issues. The toilet in the master suite was broken and despite being told it would be fixed that never occurred. When we arrived the bear box for the trash had not been emptied, nor was there a pick-up during our eight-night stay. We ran out of room for our trash. Lastly we had a problem with termites under the sink from a previous leaky pipe situation. They were sprayed once, but the insects returned later.

My six year old son said it perfectly, "This place is so nice. We'll stay here again next time we come to Tahoe."

This house was perfect for the my group of eight friends for our annual ski trip. Unfortunately the lack of snow meant we wouldn't be skiing very much. This house was the only reason why our trip was still successful. Furniture was all comfortable and of decent quality or better. Entertainment options (Tv's, wifi) were welcome as we spent far more time in the house than expected. Service was simple and without frills. I booked the house, received simple check-in instructions before arrival and did not run into any problems sticking to the instructions. Two things really stand out: The heating and insulation, and the kitchen. Unlike other houses I've rented before, this house heats fast, and doesn't suffer from any drafts. The kitchen stands out as the best part. Between the plentiful workspace, professional range and fridge, the knife collection, and the grill, I found myself unhappy to return home. In all seriousness my biggest complaint was the lack of a wok. This house rescued our Tahoe trip and at the price we got we would rent it again in an instant.

The rental was great and everything was awesome except for when it came time to take a bath or a shower THÈ hot water only lasted about a minute then turned freezing cold. I had planned out a rose pedal bath with my girlfriend and I wasn't able to get her in the bath tub because the water was so cold. We tried several different occasions to use it and it was unsuccessful. So that was pretty disappointing. We both were pretty disappointed.

Easy location in a nice quiet neighborhood. The living room/kitchen set up was great. Had a big dinner with friends and everyone fit very well. Heated floors were nice on cold winter days. Overall, heating, kitchen & garage were real plusses. Plus they allow pets. The bad was the master bedroom. The house is so nice (and not cheap) but the master was decorated in some old school grandma furniture. You would totally assume you'd get king size bed with great bedding. Nope. Old queen with old bedding. Old school draperies that were hung wrong. Plus we also had issues with water in the master and the shower head is tiny. It's like the finishings don't match the house.

This home was spectacular. We loved the feeling of being out in the snow yet super comfortable. My family enjoyed the lavishes of this gorgeous home! You can tell they take pride in the home. The only negative was having to leave :) perfect little cabin.

This house is wonderful. Had all the amenities that we needed along with some extras. Everything is as pictured. It felt like our own home while we were there. Hopefully, we can stay here for the winter season!

My wife, two kids and I stayed at this property the first week of March 2012. The property was great. Very clean, lots of space and rustic but modern. The Pullen group was great to work with in renting this property. I had originally inquired about a different property which turned out to be rented but Pullen advised me to this property based on where I wanted to stay and what we'd be doing in the area for the week. Check-in was very easy and the property was ready for us when we arrived. I will definitely rent this property again and will use the Pullen group.

We really loved the place. The kitchen is very well stocked. it would have been good to know where the extra towels were...we found them they day we left and that there was no air conditioning. The Pullen group was great to provide us with fans, but it would have been nice to have them there when we arrived. A great location for the Martis Camp where we were attending a wedding, but not in Northstar proper. All in all it was great for us.

Stayed here in January, and had a great time. The house was clean and had more then enough room for 6 adults and ski gear. The kitchen was well equipped even though the trash bags were hard to find. Having those in a easy location after each guest might be a future idea. Loved having so much comfortable seating in the family room. Location was perfect for the skiers to go to any near by resort and the non to head to Northstar and shop! Only slight complaint is the beds where uncomfortable but that could be us and the house wasn't completely set up. We had an awkward visit with a very nice gentleman who gave us our gift basket and toilet paper.

Cabin was nice and close to Northstar resort. However, I purchased Northstar ski tickets from Pullen, but didn't realize I was given Sugarbowl tickets until next day. I returned tickets to Pullen, but have not received refund yet after two weeks. Called Pullen several times already and was told it will be done.

Northstar Views is a nice relatively new home to stay. It is getting difficult to find places that are dog friendly and this one is very clean and does not show any wear-n-tear that some pet friendly places often have. We had never been to Northstar and could not find anything within the resort that was pet friendly. This place is at most a 10 minute drive to the resort and the resorts shuttle system works perfectly no matter where you have to park. Wish though we had more snow, maybe next time as our snow shoes never left our Thule! The Pullen Group is great. They are attentive to our needs and had a beautiful goody basket full of yummies, including a nice local bottle of wine. We had a garbage disposal go out on us and they had their handyman calling to arrange asap to replace the disposal. He was very friendly and made a point to apologize even profusely for any inconvenience that may have occurred. We bought youth lift tickets and one of the boys last minute could not come up with the rest of the group. We asked if there was any chance of returning the three days worth of lift tickets and they did not hesitate at all to refund the money in full. Most of the time you have to put up a fight. Not with them, they we fantastic. Would definitely consider renting from them again, in fact, looking at the same house for summer.

The cabin is exactly what my family was looking for. A spacious cabin for our family and dog to relax in the summer. We chose this cabin for the kitchen and common space and it did not disappoint. There is a little park at the end of the courtyard where our dog ran around. The only negatives I could think of were: 1) The audio for the TV/Cable is probably loose because occasionally the TV audio gets very quiet. 2) A dining room chair was loose but there were plenty of chairs to use.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and there was plenty of room for 9 people to stay. Beautiful kitchen and master bedroom. It was only a 5 mile drive to Northstar Resort. Check in and check out process couldn't have been easier. I will recommend this place to my friends.

The large great room was inviting and comfortable. The views from the living area were amazing (until the fire haze in mid august). Bed on main floor was comfortable and bath/shower was great! Location was accessible to hiking, concerts, town, yoga, Northstar and golf. Only problem we had was the night of our arrival when we turned on the grill---flames shot out and we realized the pan was full of grease - it had not been cleaned. We cleaned it and had no additional problems. Some of the pans are old and corroded and need replaced; also need more silverware, especially spoons.

We rented this house over the Christmas holidays and had a wonderful experience. It was definitely spacious enough for 5 adults and a dog. Kitchen/dining room set up is conducive to having additional guests for dinner (seats up to 10 people). Very clean and well stocked, perfect location for us. Close to Truckee, but right on the meadow trail for a walk into the woods. Definitely a dog-friendly area.

My family of 4 met extended family of 5. The kitchen is great, with the exception of the quality of serving/cooking utensils (you might want to bring some). We cooked a lot and everything worked nicely and was clean. There are plenty of dishes and a decent amount of okay cookware. The living room was attached to the kitchen and dining room, which made for a fun great room. I recommend that the owner replace the one uncomfortable couch and tighten up the bolts/screws on the dining room chairs before they break (the chairs are fine, but they need to be tightened up). The big table is a nice touch! The beds were fairly comfortable. The master bedroom is upstairs with the kitchen/dining room/living room. It is very comfortable with a huge bathroom. There is also an extra 1/2 bath between the kitchen and the master bedroom. It comes in really handy. The pantry is nice if you will be taking a large quantity of food like we did. Downstairs, there is a bedroom with a queen bed that is comfortable and a bedroom with a queen and a full (there is also a pop-up bed under the twin bed. 4 of the children slept in the room with 3 beds and they really enjoyed it. The shower is nice, although the shower head was installed to accommodate power forwards for NBA teams! The washer and dryer worked fine and there is a garage that will (barely) park 2 large vehicles. Overall, we loved our stay. Thanks.
