The condo did have some charm with the open layout, fire place and location with beautiful views of the Lake but the rest of the experience was not worth the money. There was no hot tub which we knew going in but for the price we paid, I wouldn't recommend again. The most embarrassing thing that happened was that on New Years Eve night after snow boarding all day and sledding and as 6 people went to go shower. There was no hot water to shower for New Years Eve Dinner and Festivities. It was really mortifying that we asked people to pitch in $75-$100 a night for 3 nights and they couldn't even take a hot shower! I called the answering service and left a message and also sent an email and still haven't heard back. The service was poor, the place was just OK, not worth the money.

I've stayed in this unit three years in the row and it has been wonderful! The kitchen is well equipped for my group with kids, and there are many board games for them as well ! I found new dishes this year and I love them. I rate service as average since I've never needed it. The view is just as peaceful as it can get on a snowy day, the chairs and tables on the patio with half foot of snow is a picture itself; when the sun comes up, the morning lake out there is just breathtaking. I'm checking my calenders to book my summer stay here.

The property this condo is on is lakefront, but the unit is lake view. I have rented many properties on the lake, and lakefront has always meant literally "lake front". This was disappointing for that reason, but the unit was nice. The stairs are treacherous and I took a bad fall. They are very dark and I missed the last step (hard to see).

The location & views were great! The unit needs a serious deep clean and replacement of some of the linens. The bathmats were so gross we wore sox the whole time we were inside. Baseboards, light switches and walls need some attention. The kitchen was nice and pretty clean for a vacation rental - well stocked with dishes, pots & pans, etc. Overall, it was an o.k. rental property - if you are not particularly picky about things, the views from the balcony and the proximity to the lake and Kings Beach amenities make it a good find.

Great location with the lake right outside and a private pier for swimming. The property managers, Janet and Rick were so friendly and helpful. Accomodations were comfortable, but the only thing that was a little disappointing was that I would not rely on the trundle beds as actual beds unless you have small children. And even then, they make a lot of noise and are not comfortable. The rest of the house was great- plenty of towels, well stocked kitchen, and beautiful bathrooms. Would love to stay there again!

We stayed there June 17 and 18. Renee at Pullen was very nice. My complaint was the manager and Rick at the condos. We had friends that live in Kings Beach and friends that stayed at Tahoe Biltmore. She asked us at 10 PM to be quiet by midnight. We were quiet by 1030. Rick reported to Pullen that we had many cars there. There was noone on each side of us and we took people back to where they were staying. We didnt want them to drive after having a few drinks. My suggestions for the condo are filter needs changed on the fridge. Make sure sofa bed is in working order. We had to borrow a blow up mattress from our friends. Also the stairs are very dangerous the grey slate blends in and caused many of us to fall on the bottom step. You need to put a contrasting color on bottom step. I would not rent there again because of the micro managing resident managers.

Our 5 days at Brockway Shores Delight Lakefront condo could not have been better. We spent hours on the deck reading and enjoying the direct view of the lake. The condo was huge...the two of us sort of rattled around in all the space. Very spacious dining area and ample seating for a lot of people. The location is very handy to the grocery store, restaurants, and casinos. All in all...a great vacation in a very comfortable condo.

Our stay started out rocky, on the day of our arrival Pullen switched our unit to another unit because of painters painting the outside of our original unit. We arrived unaware of the change and found a unit that had not been prepared for our arrival. We arrived late in evening and the next morning we called Pullen, found out what the problem was and they said we could to move to the other unit. We declined because we were settled in and the painters did not bother us. The unit was very nice and accommodated our group of six very nicely. The location was perfect and the view of the lake and mountains from our deck was beautiful! We notified Pullen of a leaking toilet, they sent a repairman, but it still leaked on the floor and we found the two level unit cold on the lower level and when we turned the heat up it was to hot on upper level when it was comfortable on the lower level. These small problems did not stop us from enjoying our stay and if we were able to come back to Tahoe this is where we would want to be!

If you are there to play in the snow and either want to hit different resorts or just enjoy the snow this place was great. convenient, nicely set up, and since it wasn't at the ski hill very reasonable. plenty of room and great views. probably very expensive in the summer. it helped they got 36" of snow the first day

The booking of this unit was fast, accurate and friendly. I had to call the office several times, and I talked with professional and caring people. The unit is clean and well equipped, it looks way better than the single picture showing on the ad. The lake looks so peaceful and pretty from the patio, there are two patios in this unit that surprised me. The unit is 1 minute walk from the dock and lake, it would be perfect for a boating event in summer. The kitchen is very easy to use, all kind of cooking pots are available there. Flatware is gorgeous and clean. If I have to say one thing I like the least, that would be that I didn't find the electric griddle. I have 2 kids in the group, I was hoping to make lots pancakes fast but using other breakfast pan did the trick as well.

What a great house for a "girlfriend reunion"; comfortable surroundings with a breathtaking view of the Lake. House was well stocked and clean. No door on the master bathroom? Weather was perfect and crowds were small. Thanks for your good service. I'll call you again for help.

We were vacationing with three generations and the condo met all our needs. The view of the lake was even better than I expected, from both the upper and lower decks. The rent was more than we usually pay, but being able to prepare all our own meals for a group of 8 kept the food costs down.

Our family had a great time here. The rental was clean and for the most part comfortable. Our only problem was that the pull out bed in the upstairs room was very lumpy and uncomfortable. Our boys were unable to sleep on the mattress.

Due to the epic snowpack and weather forecasts for skiers, my friends and I mad a last minute decision to drive to Tahoe, but had no lodging reservations . Once we arrived, I found Pullen Rentas online and spoke with Dave who was more that helpful in making sure we had fabulous accommodations at a great price. Dave also went out of his way to tell us about the area and where the best skiing was to be found that week. I will continue to work with Pullen and will recommend my friends traveling to Tahoe that they make sure to call Dave!

Really great apartment in a fabulous location. Ignore the complaints below about the carpet and the dishes being chipped. Maybe 2 plates were chipped, and the carpets were fine. The place is really nice, *right* by the lake (you even get a view of the sunrise over the mountains on the other side of the lake, which is just stunning). Highly recommended.

We booked this rental for a getaway between Xmas and New Year with the family. The location is wonderful and the view of the lake from the family room is captivating as the mood changes constantly. That said we were somewhat disappointed with the standard of the amenities. Such as:- We paid $500/night and one would like to think that there would be a matching set of wine glases for 8 per the accomodation. The dishware was mostly mismatched and chipped. The cooker door would not shut properly and as a result we could not use the oven, in fact it was a burning hazard. The bedding was tired and in need of replacement. Torn sheets in the twin bedded room. One of the the twin beds was pretty unconfortable, probably OK for a child. The sleeper sofa was unconfortable for even 1 adult and the spare comforter provided was stained. Only one hairdryer was provided in 2.5 bathrooms This is not intended as a whine but as feedback for the owners. Despite this, I would stay there again since the location is so convenient and pretty.
Thank you for your review! Points well taken. Will advise the owner to consider all suggestions. At this time Management will contact appliance company and schedule a service call to repair the cooker door. This lakefront condo is one of our most popular vacation homes and does receive a lot of use. It is nice to know when something needs some attention, so thank you again. Pullen Management Group

We enjoyed our stay so very much. The condo met all our needs. We were very surprised how much we felt at home there. Looking forward to going back next year. The bear alerts was somewhat scary but we stayed in at night. The only problem we had was the dark color of the stairs, several of us fell because it was hard to see the steps and the lighting wasn't very good at night. Thank you for the recommendation !! Enjoyed all the people we met there !!!

This was a beautiful home. Nice, short drive to Northstar. Worked well for my family and my brother's family. Only problem was the master bedroom shower did not give out any hot water. So we had eight people share one shower.
Thank you for your review. Since reading your review we have asked our maintanence company to check the shower/hot water in the master bathroom. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. The Staff at Pullen Rental Group.
