This was a great home for several families. Lucia was very helpful. Home was clean and well equip with any kitchen gadget you may. Private dock was a plus. Floor plan had good separation of space for everyone to enjoy. Location was a little tricky with sharp turns off main street. I would have rated all five stars if gate code was given with rental instructions. Make sure you get the gate code because main gate in located right off busy highway and there isnt anywhere to park to try to figure things out. Very dangerous situation to have your car with kids sticking out into the highway. Other than that, it was a perfect weekend.

The house was wonderful! It was so comfortable and well stocked. The view was incredible. We had a wonderful time and would definitely consider renting the same house again. We initially had some trouble with the code for the gate, but Lucia from Pullen, was extremely helpful, as she has been during the whole rental process.

This house was perfect for a large group and was very well maintained. It was stocked with everything that we needed to cook for a large group. The view was amazing so we never wanted to leave. The house was set up perfectly to share with other familes as three of the rooms had ensuites and beatiful views of Lake Tahoe.

Nine of us very comfortably had a great time at Boulder Shores Lakefront recently. The ad says the house sleeps seventeen which may be a little congested for our tastes but, as mentioned, nine adults were very comfortable. The house sits below the main road so be prepared to use the stairs. If that is a problem, this may not be the location for your stay. There is a small elevator that once you get the hang of it, is is pretty easy to use. We used it mostly as a dumb waiter to load and unload luggage and provisions. Only a few of us, without issues with claustaphobia actually rode in it. The house is not ultra modern but nearly everything we needed kitchen wise was there for us. The views of the lake could not be better. It is a gorgeous location on a spectacularly beautiful lake. Would definitely do it again as it was the basis for a great family reunion that helped create wonderful lasting memories. Lastly, the experience with Pullen Rental Group that manages the property was very good. They quickly attended to a couple of very minor issues regarding our stay there. Thank you!

Wonderful location on the lake great fun for boys climbing around the boulders. The water cold but refreshing and crystal clear. Amazing house held 12 comfortably and allowed for others to stop by for big family meals. Views absolutely spectacular. We do family reunions every 3 years different places and this location was one of the best we have had.
